In this study, fumaroyl chloride, succinyl chloride, adipoyl chloride and terephthaloyl chloride were reacted under identical conditions with t-butylhydroquinone and bisphenol A under different combinations. The thermal and liquid crystalline properties were determined by polarization microscopy.
