Abstract [en]

We report on an optical-amplification-free O-band SiP RRM-based IM/DD link with unprecedented data rates achieved below the 6.25%-OH HD-FEC threshold. Transmission of 206 Gbaud OOK and 112 Gbaud PAM4 over 500-m SMF are successfully demonstrated. © 2024 IEEE.
