Abstract [en]

This report describes design calibration – a structured process to assess and ensure a building’s future demountability and reusability in the design phase. The process is based on foresight and documented analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses and possible improvements in the building’s design. The result is a calibrated design, increased knowledge among the actors involved and supporting documentation in the form of a checklist and a dismantling and reuse plan.
