This manual describes a performance measurement tool developed at the Swedish Institute of Computer Science. The tool can measure performance metrics such as throughput and two-way delay of a multitude of protocols and protocol implementations. It uses a protocol independent specification language for the measurements. The tool runs under Unix and requires no special hardware or operating system support.
