    Abstract [en]

    The paper presents results of a trilateral comparison of a travelling AC voltage standard, which was a fused-silica NIST planar multijunction thin-film thermal converter. The AC-DC voltage transfer difference of the standard was measured at 2 V and selected frequencies from 1 MHz to 30 MHz against primary thermal AC voltage standards at SUT, RISE and Trescal.

    Abstract [en]

    Increasing demands for traceable, accurate measurements of power and power quality (PQ) parameters have resulted in an intensive metrology research effort in this area. This paper describes the objectives and so far achieved results of the EURAMET EMPIR Project TracePQM (15RPT04), jointly founded by the European Union and the participating countries. The overall goal of this project is to develop an open, modular, and well documented metrology grade system for measurement of power and PQ parameters by means of digital sampling techniques available to everyone and to increase research capacity in this area.

    Abstract [en]

    The Digital Sampling Wattmeter of SP has been upgraded. New resistive shunts and dividers are built, with lower temperature coefficient and less power dependence. The aperture time of the samplers are increased. The calibration methods are also upgraded by use of more direct AC/DC calibration. The goal of 10 μW/W seems to be within reach.
