Abstract [en]

We propose and analyze a new traveling-wave modulator, where the bandwidth limiting effects of walk off between the microwave and the optical wave is compensated by a drive signal polarity reversal scheme thus significantly enhancing the achievable bandwidth, at the expense of baseband response.
