Abstract [en]

Micropotentiometers and resistive dividers are designed using thick-film chip resistors. Two methods to determine the ac-dc transfer difference at low voltages using micropotentiometers and resistive dividers are described. At 10 mV, the difference between the two methods are less than 10 ppm at 1 kHz and less than 100 ppm at 1 MHz.
